That awkward moment when you ran up the stairs and now you’re trying to hide your heavy breathing like it’s no big deal but you’re actually pretty winded and dear god you need to work out.
relevant.
I realized some things weren’t working for me so I’ve made some changes. I’m really just trying to rediscover what was working for me last year, when I was actually successful in my weight loss.
New plan:
It worked for me once and if I can actually maintain it, I know it’ll work again. The real push for me to do this is the discovery that I’ve gain some weight back, around 10 pounds. Once I saw that number on the scale I looked at my body and realized I could see the difference and it’s become even more apparent to me that my clothes don’t really fit they way they did a couple months ago. I don’t want to lose any more of my progress, especially when I still have so much more to do.
Honestly Ripped in 30 is almost exactly the same as 30 DS. Some different exercise, but you’ll be just as bored.
Ah, have you done any of her other DVDs? I was looking into doing No More Trouble Zones.
